Pictures from the 5K
The Labor Day 5K was pretty cool. It felt like way more than 3 miles though. Hopefully the next one that we do won't be so "hilly." No matter, we had a blast and were quite proud of ourselves for jogging during part of our walk. Here's some pictures from our "race." If you would like to see more, check out my Flickr site.

I'm loving the pictures, April. Thanks for putting those up -- you've made the blog come alive! I looked up the route from last year's Ray Tanner 5K and it looks like it's going to be uphill for the first half of the 5K and then downhill the second half. Sounds okay to me! Anyone want to give it a try Sunday afternoon?
Sadly, I will not be able to make the Tanner Home Run!! I was going to just tell you tonight, but I will comment here to make it "official"! We just finalized the dates for a "spur of the moment" FREE trip to the beach with Kevin's family. SO, I will run 5K at the beach to be with y'all in spirit! HOWEVER, I will still run the route with y'all on Sunday!
