Hot hot heat
I'm gonna be honest. I've yet to run a second time this week, and this is going to come off sounding like an excuse (mainly, because it is) ... IT'S TOO FREAKING HOT OUTSIDE. There. I said it. Though I do feel guilty that I'm neglecting my poor withering body, I'm secretly smiling that I have a really good excuse not to run for a while. I'll get back on it soon as this cold front sweeps through.

i hear a cold front is coming that is going to drop the temperature to 95 degrees. yay for getting to run again! ;-)
